Refunds and Your Reservation

All bookings are final. Reservations are non-refundable; however, rescheduling may be requested with at least 72 hours notice and is subject to availability. Your reserved time begins at the scheduled start time, late arrivals will reduce your allotted time.

Policies and Legal

To maintain a premium experience, no smoking, damage, or excessive mess. All clients and guests are expected to respect the vehicle and its attendant. KC Black Trucks reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior. You accept full responsibility for any damages caused by yourself or members of your party to the vehicle during the booking. You and members of your party voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering, exiting, riding in, and interacting with the vehicle. You acknowledge that KC Black Trucks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Disclosures

For drop-off services, a 10 minute grace period is included at the pick-up location. Failure to arrive within that time may result in forfeiture of your reservation. For content-related service add ons (No-Edit Photography) you understand that any photos or videos captured are not guaranteed to meet professional photography standards.
